Rance was welcomed as the new school Principal in September 2021.  He has nearly 20 years educational experience working in state, catholic and independent schools.  Rance’s experience encompasses roles as a Principal, Assistant Principal, ECE Coordinator, Literacy Coordinator, Science Specialist, Numeracy Specialist, ICT coordinator and class teacher (Kindergarten-year 7). 

His passion is to ensure that learning environments foster enthusiastic Life Long Learners. Rance is committed to working with families and staff to provide positive school experiences for all students.

Rance has a Master’s degree in Education; Master of Professional Accounting; Post Graduate degree in Geology; Bachelor Science (Geology); Qualified Life Coach.
