Razina works as an education assistant and relief teacher at Banksia Montessori School. She has been working as a teacher and assistant in early childhood for the past 12 years and has been working at Banksia for the past eight and a half years.

“I love the community feel of this small school and the wonderful children and families brighten my day. The Montessori method of education has always been close to my heart and I believe it helps to develop the whole child.”

Razina has two children, both of which attended a Montessori School when they were younger.

“I still see the difference it has made to their lives, education and development. My husband, like many Montessori husbands, is consistently being put to work to help make or fix things for the children at school.”

Razina is currently studying a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.

In her spare time, she loves to read and go to the beach.
